Terms of Usage

Terms of Usage : If any of the following terms are ambiguous or disputed, they should be interpreted so as to enact these principles. For the purposes of interpreting these terms, files and other items "attached" to a message shall be deemed to be part of that message; accordingly reference to partial messages shall include any whole or partial attachments.

By sending a message to the HyperWorks Technical Forum you:

agree that the content of any such message will comply with the requirements of the list's code of conduct.

certify that publication of the message would not be in violation of any statute of Indian law, including without limitation those Acts covering copyright, patent, censorship, national security, confidentiality, medical privilege, judicial privilege, or incitement to perform unlawful acts .

certify that publication of the message would not be in breach of any confidentiality or privilege .

certify that the content of any such message will comply with the requirements of the list's code of conduct.

certify that you are the copyright holder of the entire message, or that publication of the message has been authorised by the copyright holders of all portions of the message .

agree that the "From" address on the message is valid, replyable and your own, or shared only with persons from whom you have authority to send messages to the list in question .

acknowledge that the subscribers may vary at any time and without notice to you, and therefore that your messages may be received by persons unknown to you .

agree to nullify any notices contained within or attached to messages that pertain to prohibiting redistribution (of messages), notwithstanding that such notices may be generated after you have agreed to this term; and furthermore you warrant that you have authority to nullify any such notices even when they are inserted by a third party (such as your employer) .

agree that we may perform mechanical modifications to your messages before forwarding them, such as removal of prohibited attachments or voided disclaimers.

agree to indemnify the managers and owners of this server and all other equipment involved in propagating the message, and all recipients, against any legal challenge arising out of any failure on your part to comply with these terms.
