Code of Conduct for the HyperWorks Technical Forum: All posts are moderated. In case your posts are rejected, you will receive an email stating the reasons. Repeated violation may results in your address being removed from the subscription-lists.
Apart from basic netiquette, the general guidelines you should follow are:
No commercial posts contact us if you wish to advertise your services, products or other offerings. Don't spam the list!
Don't flame other members. Be polite and be patient.
Use meaningful subject lines. This makes it easier all around to follow discussion threads.
Stay on topic on topic. There are other ways to circulate jokes, gossip, etc. This is for and about CAE and HyperWorks.
No productcomparisons. This is not the forum to criticise or advertise products!
Keep your formats simple. Try to stay with plain-text emails - not everyone uses an email-client that can handle fancy-formatting.
Avoid attachments. If you want to share a file, post this in your email and the moderator will make arrangements if it's relevant.

The annual Altair User's Conference provides an excellent opportunity for your college to showcase its strengths. Submit papers for the conference, participate in poster-sessions, contribute to the annual Altair-India Calendar Images.. there are a host of ways in which you and your students can make best use of the opportunity.
